Dearest Neighbor,
As with each passing year we do hope that you can join us as we celebrate this special season at the Cornish United Church of Christ. See the previous post, a letter from our pastor, Kristina Stanley, with details about our plans for this Easter Season.
While we as a Church, a body of believers approach this time of year I’d like to remind each of us, myself included of what tremendous, historical life changing event took place 2,000 years ago. As Christ himself promised and Prophets of Old predicted Jesus rose from the tomb and fulfilled the plan whereby we might be the benefactors of his death and Resurrection. We at Cornish UCC have this as the foundation of our faith in God above. We strive to be an example in our community of Christ’s loving kindness to all who come through our church doors.

I invite you to join with us in this mission to win souls for Christ, to spread the Good News and to be a beacon of light and hope in these unsettled times.
